Listed on the GEM board of the HKEx since 2002, Golife Concepts Holdings Limited (Golife) (HKEx: 8172) focuses on brand development and the distribution business involving luxury lifestyle products that target the Greater China region. Through equity interests, licensing rights or franchised distribution rights, the Group currently manages international brands which include Anya Hindmarch, Cynthia Rowley, Life of Circle, Paule Ka and Solola, with products spanning apparel and accessories to jewelry and gifts. Based in Hong Kong, Golife also has luxury fashion retail businesses in other Greater China areas such as Taiwan and Macau. On 13 October 2008, we announced the disposal of 10.83% equity interest in Golife. We do not have any equity interest in Golife after the disposal.
